1 WEEK
PHASE 1
The first week focuses on building a strong foundation. You’ll be assigned a coach and an accountability partner to guide you through goal setting and expectations. Together, you’ll assess your situation, ensure your garment fits properly, and get accustomed to wearing it. You’ll also learn about the science behind the gravitostat and how exactly weighted clothing works to help you reach your goals.

3 WEEKS
PHASE 2
With guidance from your coach on dietary and activity measures, you’ll continue your daily life while incorporating the garment into your routine. This phase focuses on building consistency, addressing feedback and concerns, and refining your approach. By the end of these three weeks, you can expect to already see noticeable results.

6 WEEKS
PHASE 3
After evaluating the progress from the first weeks, we focus on amplifying what’s worked best to ensure the most seamless and impactful fitness transformation. This phase fine-tunes your routine, making adjustments for maximum results. At the end of the program, we sit down together to assess your achievements and plan the best path forward for sustaining your progress.
